The Diet is based on eating without salt, sugar or fat; take a concoction from a specific plant that the teacher indicates every day (Bobinsana, Renaquilla, Ajo Sacha, Samadhi, etc.). It allows you to live in a space of peace, in addition to receiving medicine in sacred Ayahuasca ceremonies guided by Master Pablo Bardales.
